Of course, one would assume that a woman who wrote for Sex and the City would have some sort of leg-up -- even among Parisiennes -- when discussing the vagaries of dating and relationship challenges.
Au contraire.
Her take? "If I could, I would have an operation to become a French woman."

The adaptation of the book's title says it all: the American He's Not That Into You became Let It Go, He Doesn't Deserve You in France. Those sound like two different books!
