Yes, very scary, since I also understood what you wrote...

When I first came to France in the '80s, I needed a job... fast. So I reinvented myself as a Personal Assistant. That's pretty much what my typing test looked like, since I hadn't familiarized myself with the French keyboard yet. But I was hired "because I kept making the same mistakes consistently". They (the people I worked for) were lovely!

I can't remember where I saw it, nut there is a program that will produce an outcome similar to this. If one was heartless enough, one could put it on an unsuspecting friend's pc.

Congratulations on getting back "home", if only for a week...umm, that is what "q short zeek" means, isn't it?

I read somewhere that one can read text rather easily even when all the vowels are missing. Might be easier.

Amuse-toi bien!

Starman wins Best in Comments! Oooh, I love it.

The visit was great but waay too short. I've taken photos and have lots more to write.

Joan - your employers sound great -- worth a short story, I think.

...reminds me when I switched my Mac to the Dvorak keyboard back in the '90s. My typing was a zoo for a good long time until I gave up the whole business.
