Coca Light

Sometimes, when I'm really jonesing for Paris, it's lingering moments like this that I miss the most.

Relaxing over a Coca-Light at Le Nemrod. Only an ice cube or two in the glass. Always a wedge of lemon, and a tall spoon.

Ooh, Le Nemrod! We had a very enjoyable lunch there. Definitely a great people-watching spot.

Où se trouve Le Nemrod, s'il vous plait?

Je n'aime pas le citron avec le Coca mais c'est très français!

Hariet,
Le Nemrod was a neighborhood hang-out for me. It's on rue du Cherche-Midi, about a block from Le Bon Marche. I loved not only watching the passersby but also contemplating the bent sun dial on the wall across the street!

And my taste buds say that Coca and Coca Light are very different from Coke and Diet Coke. Doesn't need the lemon, but it's refreshing that way. Definitely NOT packed with ice. YUM. I still can't tolerate tons of ice in drinks.

I'm the same way, I hate drinks that are loaded down with ice. One, two, even three cubes are plenty to chill the beverage.

I love the fact that no matter where you are in Paris, you're never more than a block or two from a café.
